Of course there isn't. There is only the one and only Pithecophaga. Which
does not mean, of course, that there are no other eagles that eat monkeys
(e.g., Harpy Eagle, Crowned Eagle). And I suppose that in Japan the Golden
Eagle or the Mountain Hawk-Eagle (Spizaetus nipalensis) may take the
occasional young Japanese Macaque.

I do not, however, understand your reference to the Gyrfalcon (Falco
rusticolus), which occurs nowhere near the Philippines, of course, and in
Japan only as a rare winter visitor. Also, it is mainly a bird eater, though
small mammals are also taken.

Does anyone know whether there is a monkey-eating eagle in Japan? it was on
a TV show about 6 months ago, There appears to be one or two very
endangered birds in the (Phillipines Pithecophaga jefferyi and/or Falco
rusticolus) is this/these the only ones or is there one in Japan too?
