I suggest there is little point in replying directly; although you could
ask for some clarification about the source caves for the nests, you may
not receive any useful response.  Balikpapan is in Borneo where there has
been systematic and fairly sustainable swiftlet nest harvesting for many
centuries, although there appear to have been recent declines in swiftlet
numbers possibly due to the extensive use of pesticides, anthropogenic
forest fires or the indirect effects of land clearing.  Whether the sender
of the message is looking for new markets for an existing (sustainable)
harvest - or otherwise - is unclear.  It may be more useful to forward the
message to the BirdLife Indonesia Programme <> and ask
for a comment.
