"Cellsaver" is a known hoax.

"Join the Crew" and "Pen Pals" are, you guessed it, known hoaxes.

These messages show the typical characteristics of known hoaxes:
* Threats of dire consequences
* Mention reputable (alleged or otherwise ;) companies that "issued" the
  warnings, but don't include a link to a webpage or email address for
  further information
* Liberal use of capitalisation
* "Send it to all your friends"

Delete such messages unless you can verify them on a reputable anti-virus
or security web site.
