Hi all
Deakin are trialling a new system of list maintenance, which lets me look
after birding-aus via a web browser interface, which may offer an improved
service when I know how to drive it properly. The new system also directs
ALL the failed messages to my poor inbox, which will be bursting at the
seams by about lunchtime! I've received about 15-20 an hour since the
changeover. Many of these are triggered because of delivery problems to
some birding-aus subscribers. A few of you have full mailboxes or have
changed service providers and not told anyone. Some might have died and
gone to Heaven (if that's where birders go) or forgotten to unsbscribe
between jobs.
I am going to start removing 'undeliverable' addresses. If you suddenly
lose your birding-aus mail, please drop me a line - I may have taken you
off inadvertently, or your system was down and is now OK. Or I might have
finally REALLY broken whatever, please get in touch
with me at rather than via the list.
