Just imagine a very fine pipe organ in a fantastic outdoor setting -
that almost comes close to the sound of Pied Butcherbirds piping the
dawn.

Australia has plenty of impressive songsters though - you've already
mentioned Grey Butcherbird; Australian Magpie is no slouch (we're just
blase about them 'coz they're ubiquitous); Grey Shrike-thrush; etc.
