Tom
the Binocular & Telescope Service Centre in Heidelberg, Melbourne can help
you.
Apparently, the Zeiss rubber cups are no longer available, so Roger Davis
makes his own.
Roger is an agent for Zeiss with years of experience in servicing optical
equipment of all sorts. I can recommend him [I hasten to add that I have
absolutely no pecuniary intersest in the company whatsoever]
