Forget "Sea Change". There was a repeat of an episode of "The Games" last
night that was literally bursting with bird calls. It was apparently set
in the Blue Mountains (where they had ventured for a corporate "love in")
but the birds were more reminiscent of the Upper Hunter (perhaps Carol
could confirm this).

The birds that were heard included: Bell Miner, Eastern Whipbird,
Australian Magpie, Rufous Whistler, Jacky Winter, Peaceful Dove,
Yellow-faced Honeyeater, Grey Fantail, Scarlet Honeyeater, White-throated
Gerygone, Laughing Kookaburra and Southern Boobook. There may have also
been a Golden Whistler at one stage.

There were NO Spotted Nightjars to be heard.
