Hello all, just a quick observation during the Vic Wader Count held on Sunday. Swan Bay, lovely day and a great time, some waders (Red-necked Stints, Bar-tailed Godwits, Red-capped Plovers, Masked Lapwing) but the interesting observations of the day; 33 Musk Duck in the northern part of Swan Bay in a large group - have only seen single numbers before, 6 Whistling Kite in a group trying to pick something off the water. To far for the bins to make out any detail though. cheers Richard Dilena Ocean Grove Victoria, Australia To unsubscribe from this list, please send a message to Include ONLY "unsubscribe birding-aus" in the message body (without the quotes) |
