I can verify empirically that maggies are selective in who they target -
as I mentioned in a previous post, the maggies outside my office in
Perth very rarely hassled anyone who was not in possession of skates or
a skateboard - never bothered me when I was on foot or on my bike, but
everytime I heard the maggie version of 'banzhai' there was a kid on
skates getting the third degree.
