Sounds like fairly corny marketing to me.  I would hazard a guess that they
are just chicken wings - possibly dipped in Vegemite, rolled in crushed
Macadamia nuts and deep-fried in Emu oil - and that if they serve a Koala
Burger, it is just a cheap beef patty in a sesame seed lamington.
