Hello all

Following on from Frank O'Connor's report I should mention that four
people travelling with me (on 6 June) came across two Grey Honeyeaters 
in a flowering eucalypt near Ooldea - a siding on the East-West railway 
line just off  the eastern extremity of the Nullarbor Plain in South 
Australia. This is way south of the reported range - but not many
birdwatchers travel through this area!

Another interesting occurrence was an Inland Dotterel that flew into
our camp one morning - and just stood there as one of the photographers
crept to within half a metre. Is this normal behaviour? It seemed to
be a healthy adult bird.
