Hi!
In the summer holidays I always visit South West Rocks (near Coffs).
I can't say what birds there would be there now, in winter, because of
miagration. But there is quiet offen Honeyeaters such as: Scarlet
Honeyeaters (which are migratory), White faced Honeyeaters (sedentary).
Every year there is a pair of Whistling Kites, nesting at Horseshoe bay,
there are also many White-breasted Sea Eagles (seen best at the Smokey Cape
Lighthouse-which is a very beautiful place).
There is also appartently, occassisonally Jabaru's seen on your way into
South West Rocks from Coffs.
I hopefully this is some help, even though it is not exactly Coffs Habour.

P.S. "The Pet Porpous" at Coffs Habour is the best place, and strong
advised. (not only area there porpouses but injured birds too, that they
care for.)

Harbour, please send me the same as my wife is heading to C.H. for a
conference mid this month, so I am going with her to see some birds
hopefully!!
What are the special birds of this area??
