This is yet another e-mail virus hoax.  Ignore any such message which 
claims to wipe your harddisk etc. by simply reading it.  IBM has a useful
web page about this, and other, email hoaxes at:
   http://www.av.ibm.com/BreakingNews/HypeAlert/Crew/
It includes a link for information on how to spot a hoax.

The HAPPY99.EXE program is a different kettle of fish.  It is a genuine
"trojan horse", but harmless unless you actually run it.  I've actually
seen this one on the 'Net - on the Minnesota Birding Network mailing list
of all places.  It was quickly quashed without spreading further.
