I could not agree more.  Also it would be nice if authors simply include their location in their signature so we know where on earth they are from.

Could we please be a bit more specific on this mailing list, I think the issue has been addressed before. Generally, why not include at least state abbreviations - there must be 100s of Paradise Roads around.
