There are two pages concerning birds and birding in WA:
mine at http://cygnus.uwa.edu.au/~austecol/birds.html
and Frank O'Connor's at http://www.iinet.net.au/~foconnor/
The two sites are somewhat complementary, with different information on
each, so you may like to look at both. Your questions may be answered on one
or other page but, if not, both Frank and I are happy to answer questions.
If you come to WA, please let me know of any interesting sightings you may have.
And if you do visit, please send in completed record sheets to the Birds
Australia atlas project - WA is the largest state in Australia but with very
few observers for that area, and we need all the help we can get!
Cheers,
Allan
