ROL issue #76 is now posted on the Web, where you can find it at:

<http://www.nmnh.si.edu/BIRDNET/ROL/index.html>

Instructions for using it need to be added (they were
accidentally left out) and the layout needs a little tweaking, but the file is
usable. Just using your browser's Find routine, you can search according to
author, subject code, geographic region (as in the ROL list), species, or any
other key word of your choice. A downloadable version will be made
available as soon as possible.

Thanks are due to Ellen Paul, Tim Boucher, Robert Curry, and Jay Sheppard for
their work in producing this Web ROL, hopefully the first of many issues.
