With mention of threatened raptors in Australia I thought the following of
interest to the list.

This is the IUCN classification ratings for various raptors and owls in
Victoria (Australia).

*Critically Endangered - Grey Falcon (Falco hypoleucos)

*Endangered - Black Falcon (F. subniger), White-bellied Sea-Eagle
(Haliaeetus leucogaster), Square-tailed Kite (Lophoictinia isura), Barking
Owl (Ninox connivens), Powerful Owl (Ninox strenua), Masked Owl (Tyto
novaehollandiae)

*Vulnerable - Sooty Owl (Tyto tenebricosa)

The ratings are from the soon to be published "Threatened vertebrate fauna
in Victoria - 1998. Department of Natural Resources and Environment,
Melbourne."
