     Hello everyone
I have managed to get some interesting photographs of what appears to
be an Australian Pelican (Pelecanus Conspicillatus according to
Pizzey) except it is black all over, apart from a little bit of the
wing feathers. Where the ordinary pelican wings are bright white,
there is a patch of greyish dirty white feathers.
The rest of the bird is black, including black bill and black feet.
The upper mandible is a horn colour on the margins, but the central
     part is black.
I have never seen one of these before, even on TV!
Does anyone have any information about this interesting animal?
