Some interesting sightings from suburban Melbourne [Australia] this last
                                   week.

Wedge-tailed Eagle - 2 seen soaring near Doncaster Shoppingtown 19 May
(eastern suburbs). These are possibly the pair known from the "Bend of
Isles" area near Warrandyte.

Laughing Kookaburra - 1 heard in the Melbourne Cricket Ground carpark,
Friday 22 May. This may be the closest record of Kookaburras on the edge
of the Central Business District in recent years.
