     Highlights in New South Wales over the last week are as follows:

     BROWN BOOBY        1 Yamba, North Coast 2-5/2
     RED-TAILED TROPICBIRD      1 Windang, Wollongong 8/2 - over land
     OSPREY             1 Narabben, Sydney 11/2
     BLACK KITE         1 Molongo Gorge, Central Coast 5/2
     PACIFIC BAZA       2 + 2 imms Murrumbung Hst., Mardi, Central Coast
                        1/2
     DOUBLE-BANDED PLOVER       1 Windang, Wollongong 7/2 - first return
                                for winter!
     SANDERLING         1 Penrhyn Road, Botany Bay 14/2
     BLACK-TAILED GODWIT        1 Comerong Island, Nowra 7/2
     PECTORAL SANDPIPER 1 Comerong Island, Nowra 7/2 and 1 Ash Island,
                        Newcastle 8/2
     GREAT KNOT         2 Comerong Island, Nowra 7/2
     YELLOW WAGTAIL     up to 6 birds (race tsimilina) still present Ash
                        Island, Newcastle - seen daily up until at least
                        15/2
