Hello everyone.

I have been approached by an honours student at the ANU who is
looking at the structure and function of Myna calls (Acridotheres
tristis) for any recordings of their calls and any info on their behaviour in
relation to their calls. She is also seeking some photographs
of mynas to put in a feature article that she is preparing.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Please reply direct to Melissa Mock at

They say there is a black pelican on Lake Burley Griffin. They say it
prefers the company of black swans. Is this a sign, is this a portent?
