Hello Stephen,

        Your wife is perhaps a mite hard on Pizzey's printer/publisher.  My
copy has silvereye with the correct page number (p. 512) in the index on p.
571, but it is misaligned so that it looks like type of shuffle-wing.  So
still a mistake!
