Allan, Ian and Mrs Benson, Thanks for the email on birding-aus. Bird
week Noosa Parks Association was a tremendous success, a really great
group, spotted our first Blue faced parrot finch on Thursday 9 th Oct.
at Mt Lewis, also sighted tooth-billed catbird, golden bower bird.
Excellent sighting of barn swallows at Newell beach. Possibly sighting
that you made were barn swallow. Red necked crakes(2) at Kinfisher Park
sighted 3 times during bird week. Will update you on total number of
birds sighted when list is complete. ( a really big THANK YOU to our
Professional guide Glen Holmes.)

Cheers for now , Ron Stannard.
