I was talking to Keith Brandwood tonight re tomorrows pelagic off Sydney. Among other things he requested some information re American Golden Plovers. As he is not on the net I Agreed to send his request to Birding-Aus. His question is: What is the length difference between the 9th and 10th primaries? Has anyone done research on this? This is possibly a diagnostic difference between the Pacific and American birds. John Reidy |
