BA Trade & Harvesting Policy

Hi, Sally -

I believe that at the last Council meeting in February, you and Clive Napier
agreed to draft changes to Draft 5 of the proposed policy on trade and
harvesting of native birds.  Tim Cartwright, Chair of the Conservation
Committee, has asked me to facilitate the incorporation of any changes so
that it may be published as soon as possible.  If it is to be published in
the June Wingspan we will need to do this very soon.  I would be grateful if
you could let me know what changes you feel are desirable to the proposed
policy, and to liaise with Clive on the subject if you think necessary.
