Orange-bellied parrots

This is a request to all those twitchers spotting orange-bellied parrots.  
The species is endemically infected with psittacine circovirus.  This virus 
causes feathering abnormalities and immune system destruction.  The feather 
changes are subtle at first and gradually become worse.  Could twitchers 
that notice (or have noticed) bedraggled OBP's in the wild drop me an email 
please.
