I'm sorry to post this to the list but a few months ago someone
was looking for this information and I've forgotten who it was.

Anyway, here's the information on the "new warbler" discovered
in Madagascar in 1992:

common name: Cryptic Warbler
scientific name: Cryptosylvicola randrianasoloi
ref: Ibis, Volume 138, Steve Goodman, Olivier Langrand, Bret Whitney
