[...] I am a member of the Victorian Wader Study Group and regularly go
cannon-netting with Clive Minton. Below is a list of upcoming dates [...]

If you are interested in any of these field trips contact Clive on the
Monday/Tuesday evening before each fieldwork to obtain further details.

Also next year Sat 2 March - Sat 20 April there is an expedition to North
West Australia will the following itinerary:

Broome/Roebuck Plains - 20 days
80 Mile Beach/Anna Plains - 17 days
Port Hedlands Saltworks (and Sewage Works) - 5 days

The 1996 expedition will be the sixteenth to NW Aust and the fieldwork
programme is designed to build on foundations laid in earlier expeditions
and, in particular, to fill in gaps in the existing data collection.
An outline of objectives, costs and information for participants can be
obtained either through Clive or myself. Basically it will involve a lot
of cannon-netting, some mist-netting and population counts to correlate
with visible migration and banding data.

Regards Petina.
