As well as the seawatches off Long Reef over the weekend another at
Maroubra did in fact reveal one "lucky to be alive" Wandering
     Albatross; together with a yellow-nosed, 4 white-fronted Terns and 22
Gt-winged Petrels. The missing Regent He have returned to Glen Davis
with 46 being counted yesterday feeding in mistletoe in the Casuarinas
along the Capertee river; which is great news. Also at Glen Davis
were the 16 Swift Parrots that I had failed to find two weeks ago!
They were on the second stretch of tar on the hill. A Regent He was
seen in a garden in Blacktown on one day. Plum-headed Finches were
reported from the road between Sandy Hollow and Mudgee.
