We're excited to invite you to a new edition of Sonic Connexions, the online meetup series from the Acoustical Society of America dedicated to animal bioacoustics! This edition features lightning talks by PhD students who are about to graduate or have recently defended.

📍 Location: Online via Zoom
🎙️ Speakers: 10 early-career researchers presenting their PhD work

This interactive session will once again bring together researchers, students, and enthusiasts from around the world. Each speaker will give a 3-5 minute lightning talk with a single slide on their research. Attendees will then move into small discussion rooms with 2–3 speakers each, rotating over several rounds so you can meet as many speakers as possible.

It's a great opportunity to discover new research, meet the next generation of bioacousticians, and help them build connections that could lead to future collaborations, postdocs, or jobs.
