Dear all,

I'm enormously proud to share that the results of the first BioDCASE
Challenge are now online!

There were 3 separate tasks (each managed by a task team):
1. Multi-Channel Alignment of sound files
2. Detection of Antarctic blue and fin whale calls
3. Bioacoustics for Tiny Hardware

For each task, multiple teams have made submissions, and these have been
evaluated. Technical reports are also available, to learn the details of
their method.

Results for each task are available by clicking "Results" here:
https://biodcase.github.io/challenge2025/

This has been made possible by the efforts of many: the core organising
team, the task teams, and the participants themselves who created and
trained new algorithms. Well done to all!

The BioDCASE workshop (Oct 29th, Barcelona) will be the place to discuss
all of this.

Best wishes
Dan Stowell
