WASPAA 2025 Call for Demonstrations
In
addition to paper submissions, we are seeking demonstrations of novel technologies for IEEE WASPAA 2025. Demonstrations are intended to complement the workshop program with respect to practical achievements, challenges, implementations, integrations, and prototypes.
Demonstrations will be held in-person. Important Dates
Submission GuidelinesDemos must be submitted on CMT, separately from the paper track (submission site: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/WASPAA2025/Submission/Index, “WASPAA2025-Demo” track). We expect a 2-page document using the paper submission template plus an optional 1-minute teaser video. The demonstration submissions must be submitted anonymously (2 pages max, excluding references) and must include:

Selection ProcessEach submission will be assessed by the Organizing Committee with a double-blind review process. Authors will be informed of acceptance or not via email and through CMT by the deadline listed above. The evaluation criteria are:
