4th African Bioacoustics Community Conference!

1 to 6 September 2024
Breakwater Lodge, Cape Town, South Africa

We are very excited to announce that the 4th African Bioacoustics Community conference is being held at the Breakwater Lodge, Cape Town, from the 1st to the 6th of September 2024. We anticipate that the conference will be of interest to all bioacousticians. The themes of the conference will include acoustic monitoring and conservation, physiology and evolution, ecoacoustics, citizen science and more! For information, please see our website:

We are also seeking plenary speakers who are preferably living and working in Africa. Get in touch with us via our email address  if you want to be considered for a plenary talk.
