Wildlife Sound Recording Workshop, June 2023
Here is a terrific opportunity to learn the science and craft of making high-quality focal audio recordings of wildlife from a master, at a spectacular venue in California’s Sierra Nevada. Greg Budney, former curator of the
audio collection at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology’s Macaulay Library, will be leading a weeklong Wildlife Sound Recording Workshop at the Sierra Nevada Field Campus of San Francisco State University, 10–17 June 2023.
For anyone interested in recording wildlife sounds, this workshop can be life-changing. Over the workshop’s 30+ year history, many participants
have returned to take the workshop multiple times.
