Dear all, In my PhD thesis and in the paper "Detecting bird sounds in a complex acoustic environment and application to bioacoustic monitoring," I have proposed a simple yet robust algorithm for automatically detecting calls of the Eurasian bittern in the wild. Following a recent request, I have put my old Matlab code of the algorithm into the public domain: http://mathcination.wordpress.com/2016/04/25/the-beats-of-bitterns/ Perhaps it can be useful for somebody. Kind regards, Rolf Bardeli -- http://multimedia-pattern-recognition.info/team/dr-rolf-bardeli/ http://mathcination.wordpress.com _______________________________________________ Bioacoustic-monitoring mailing list https://lists.iai.uni-bonn.de/mailman/listinfo.cgi/bioacoustic-monitoring |
