Sir/Madam

I recently contacted you to alert your subscribers to two Requests for Proposals documents that were being advertised on the JIP web site (www.soundandmarinelife.org).  With the Christmas and New Year holidays possibly diverting attention, the JIP members have decided to extend the period for proposals.  The original submission date was 7^th January 2016.  The NEW submission date is 22 JANUARY 2016.
