Dear Colleague,

The 14th International Meeting on Invertebrate Sound and Vibration will take place at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, July 23-26, 2013 (m("strath.ac.uk/redir.aspx?C","//nemo.strath.ac.uk/owa/eee-isv2013");=dc285ae7d90d4434b14d1a7409b99e20&URL="" target="_blank">http://www.isv2013.org).

The deadline for scholarship applications, March 31st, is fast approaching!

Thanks to sponsorship from the Society for Experimental Biology (m("strath.ac.uk/redir.aspx?C","//nemo.strath.ac.uk/owa/eee-isv2013");=dc285ae7d90d4434b14d1a7409b99e20&URL="" target="_blank">http://www.sebiology.org) the conference is able to provide a limited number of scholarships. Each scholarship will provide a fee waiver (free entry) to the recipient. These scholarships are primarily aimed at those students and early career researchers who might not normally attend ISV due to funding constraints in their home countries.

Poster session whisky tasting!

The conference evening poster session will include a free whisky tasting run by an accredited professional taster. Samples of new, blended and malt whisky from around Scotland will be presented to try, led by the taster.
