Dear Colleagues,

It is now one year to go until the 14th International Meeting on Invertebrate Sound and Vibration.

ISV 2013 will be held July 23-26, 2013 at the University of Strathclyde campus in Glasgow, Scotland.

The International Meeting on Invertebrate Sound and Vibration integrates a wide range of themes including biomechanics, evolution, behavioral ecology, neuroethology, phylogenetics, and genomics of acoustic and vibratory communication in invertebrates. The meetings typically attract 100-150 delegates at all stages of their careers.  For students in particular, these meetings provide an excellent opportunity to present their work and to network with colleagues.

Information about the meeting is available at www.isv2013.org. We are updating the web site as the organization progresses, so please check back regularly.

Please forward this message to your students and colleagues who may be interested in this meeting. If you want to be included in future mailings (or removed from them), please let us know at m("isv2013.org","info");">.

The meeting will be a superb opportunity to catch up with colleagues, talk excellent science, and visit Scotland!

We look forward to seeing you all in 2013 in Glasgow!

James Windmill.
