Cornell,

Please substitute the following request for the first email, where I have misspelled 'willing.'

MARINE BIOLOGY,

I’m having problems sleeping. Organized crime loudspeakers blasting above 30000 cycle sound and on the ground goons coordinated by OC mind readers are waking me every hour from last Fall at Crater Lake to now.

OC says this is a ‘hit’ called by the local mind reader.

The Orca and I communicated during our last meeting last Fall and with Prosopidicola, Nelsonii grackles working toward an earthquake bio sensor. Development of the bio sensor idea was stopped by OC in Texas and Imperial Dam, after grackles and I began speaking.

If you know a solution for absorbing hi frequency sound waves or land owners as farmers for example in the Washington for resupply and San Juan Island area for direct access thru the county park or Northern Oregon area who are pro Orca and willing to allow night parking, I’m at m("yahoo.com","datakoll");">.

Organized crime controls all natural area camping in the US.

I would be here on San Juan Island on the water and in the immediate area on the water thru October
