Estamos estudiando el cortejo de la Becasina Comun Gallinago paraguaiae (incluyendo Becasina 
Andina Gallinago andina y Becasina "Magallanica" Gallinago paraguaiae magellanica) y 
en ese contexto requerimos grabaciones realizadas durante la temporada reproductiva, 
especialmente de localidades del centro de Chile y Argentina y hacia el norte de ambos paises. 
El uso de las grabaciones para nuestros analisis sera muy apreciado y reconocido en eventuales 
publicaciones. Si desean colaborar, por favor contactarse con Ted Miller a la Universidad 
Memorial en Terranova, Canadá

We are studying displays of the widespread South American snipe Gallinago 
paraguaiae (including Puna snipe andina and Magellanic snipe magellanica). We 
are seeking audio recordings made during the breeding season especially from 
locations in central Chile and central Argentina and northward. Use of 
recordings for our analyses would be gratefully appreciated and fully 
acknowledged. If you can help please contact Ted Miller at Memorial University 
in Newfoundland, Canada
