Subject: Re: deep-water recording Date: Fri, 13 Jan 2006 07:33:34 +0100 From: Anders Heerfordt <> To: Does anyone have experience of recording underwater at depth? I am interested in recording at around 100 m in one study, and up to 2 km in another. We have done recordings at depths up to 1000 meter for the last 5 years. We have lowered a hydrophone array from a small 50 feet vessel and recorded with sample rates of 96 kHz to 192 kHz. We are a small group at Aarhus University including Bertel Moehl and Magnus Wahlberg. mvh Anders Heerfordt Cell phone (+45) 20 28 61 05 Office phone (+45) 36 14 46 57 |
