XX International Bioacoustic Council (IBAC) Congress
Piran, Slovenia, September 15-19, 2005
First Announcement
The Slovenian Museum of Natural History, the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and
Arts and the National Institute of Biology are organizing the XX IBAC Congress.
The Congress will be held at the Marine Biology Station of NIB,
Piran / Pirano, Slovenia, on September 15-19, 2005.
This is the successor to the XIX IBAC Congress held in Belém, Brazil, 2003.

The Marine Biology Station (MBP) of the National Institute of Biology is
located in Piran / Pirano on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. Accommodation will
be in nearby hotels and in a dormitory of the MBP. The addresses of the hotels
with prices will be announced later.
Interested persons should visit the website, fill in and send the Preliminary
registration form, preferably by e-mail. An abstract submission form, final
registration form and accommodation registration form will be enclosed with
the
Second Announcement.
