You might want to contact Bill Evans, who is a research associate at Cornell University. He has software that can record, identify, and count nocturnal flight calls of migrating passerines. Yours sounds like a similar application. Offhand, I don't know Bill's e-mail address, but you should be able to get in touch with him through Cornell.
