 OCEANS '03 Conference
I want to draw your attention to the OCEANS 2003 conference to be held
here in San Diego on Sep 22-26. There will be two sessions on marine
mammals (for which I am co-convenor). The fisheries science session is
defined by the American Society of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO). As
such, the session will be on marine mammals and their environment. The
marine resources session is defined by the Marine Technology Society
(MTS). Their focus is on technology and its applications. There will
also be other sessions on acoustics and signal processing. I encourage
you to submit abstracts so that our field will be well represented at
 this conference.

ATTENTION: The deadline for abstracts is April 1, next week.
